Funding Against the Odds: Proven Capital Funding Techniques
Abstract
This paper will review proven capital funding techniques that have been successfully employed by owners of wastewater treatment facilities to lower the user cost impact of needed capital improvement projects. This information is based on the past capital funding successes of real life wastewater infrastructure projects from across the United States. This paper will show the owners how, when and why capital funding resources have been and can continue to be acquired. Review and implementation of the ideas, suggestions and insights given will provide owners with the tools needed to win outside capital funding.
