Abstract
As utilities continuously strive to improve productivity and competitiveness in the industry, it is essential that they ensure their staff is well informed and trained on all aspects of their jobs. An educated, motivated workforce allows a utility to achieve peak performance and high morale, while avoiding the need to privatize.
