Abstract
In 2000, development of approximately 1,700 acres of land adjacent to the west bank of the Intra-coastal Waterway (ICW) in Myrtle Beach, SC was initiated. The developers of this project proposed simultaneous construction of four championship 18-hole golf courses, a hotel complex, multi-family dwellings as well as various residential communities.
