Abstract
Many municipalities, private agencies, and federal agencies are adopting goals to require that all new construction shall seek Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) certification. This paper discusses the opportunities for appropriate use of LEED™ for municipal infrastructure projects.
