Abstract
GENERAL In March of 2005, the City of Carmel, Indiana started the Country's first full scale BioPasteur Process. The BioPasteur process pasteurizes the biosolids prior to anaerobic digestion, and the combination of the two processes, BioPasteur and anaerobic digestion, creates a Class A biosolid.
