SEWER LINER DEFECT/DEFICIENCY ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES

The purpose of this manuscript is to define a set of sewer lining assessment standards in the form of a matrix, which clearly identifies defective conditions found in sewer lining installations and assigns a list of corresponding corrective measures acceptable to remedy such defects, at no extra cost to the Municipality; and in the alternative, supplies a corresponding deductive penalty to be assessed against the Contractor for leaving a particular sewer lining defect/deficiency in the end product for the Owner's final acceptance.
