City of Baltimore Base Sanitary Flow Model
Abstract
This study is focused on the development of a flow model for projecting future Base Sanitary Flows within the City of Baltimore sewer service area. The work is part of the City of Baltimore's consent decree to reduce sanitary sewer overflows. This work is organized by sewersheds, each of which is assigned to an engineering consultant. Since flows will be used as inputs to a GIS based collection system hydraulic model, the development of a credible flow projection model was considered essential to ensure consistent model results.
