Abstract
This paper is a follow up to the presentation given at the 2006 Residual & Biosolids Conference titled: “The Biosolids Options for Franklin, Indiana ATAD, Alkaline Stabilization or Both?” The City of Franklin has implemented the findings of the 2003 Biosolids Treatment Facilities Expansion Study which was the bases of the 2006 WEF technical paper.This paper will discuss the new 1.7 million ATAD facilities, the current operational data, and compare these costs to the 2003 planning projections.
