Abstract
This paper is intended to be a follow-up to the paper titled “Asset Management – The Human Factor” that was presented at WEFTEC 2008. This paper is focusing on the District' business processes, how the different business units were brought together, and steps that were taken to get the various groups moving forward as one organization.
