Abstract
The Fallbrook Public Utilities District has implemented a successful program to produce Class A biosolids which has both reduced annual operating costs and provided a local resource for agricultural operations. Although the savings is less than originally anticipated due to increase maintenance and repair needs for the equipment, the project is still producing a significant annual savings and a growing list of local agricultural customers who utilize the product.
