Abstract
Utilities that are faced with sanitary sewer overflows need a systematic approach to understanding the root cause of the overflows and developing solutions that meet the needs of the needs of the utility without exceeding the ability of the utility to fund these solutions. In addition the solutions need to be robust and maintainable. This paper discusses the system snapshot phase of wet weather sanitary sewer overflow evaluation.
