Abstract
EPCOR Water Services Inc. and the City of Edmonton, one of the world's leaders in solid waste management and wastewater treatment have chosen Valoris™ as an experimental process to dry its biosolids stored in the Clover bar lagoons.Facing several issues, the City of Edmonton needed to find a sustainable sludge treatment system that would be able to complement the existing equipment.Once Valoris™ is installed and running, the project shall demonstrate the abilities of the system to treat the digested sludge at an industrial scale with the best energy efficiency and in an environmentally-friendly manner.
