Abstract
The City of Joplin, Missouri experienced a devastating tornado on May 22, 2011. While the above ground asset damage was visible for everyone to see on their local newscast, the damage to the underground assets was also traumatic. This presentation will describe rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts made by the City of Joplin and its contractors in order to restore the functionality of the wastewater and storm water systems.
