Abstract
In a world with a finite and increasingly fickle water resource, a burgeoning population and continued urbanization, we must regain the knowledge of how, where and when we use water so that we can make conscious, informed decisions about its use. By employing today’s advances in information technology, we can influence our use of water, and extend the useful life of our water infrastructure, future-proofing our cities.
