Q (Cecil Lue-Hing)Dr. Walker, I believe I am hearing that EPA has an inability to put money into anything relating to Biosolids, how are you going to do these things?A (John Walker)I think we are going to do it by being creative. Some of these activities and a number of these efforts, by the way, actually occur. One of the studies I am talking is happening at Penn State and is being funded by several different sources. I think that we are going to fund the pathogen studies looking at how pathogens can be reduced, and the efficiency of current Class A and Class B practices with respect to reduction of pathogen. I think you will find that we are able to fund some of these projects, but I don't know if we are going to fund all of these projects. A lot of what I've said, we have actually done some work on those. One of the things that we have been charged to do is to make our list of what we think should get done, and then see if we can put more money into these programs.
