Abstract

The Clayton County Watershed Management Team has developed a holistic framework for implementing watershed management activities that provides flexibility and achieves results. Plan implementation relies heavily on teamwork and enhancing existing water quality programs versus creating new mechanisms to protect Clayton County waterbodies. The teamwork approach provided for a greater level of water quality protection given limited fiscal and staff resources.
