LEADERSHIP ON THE FRONT LINES – HOW DO WE DEVELOP IT?
Abstract
The development of leaders and managers in the field services areas of the water industry is not well established in today's competitive atmosphere. Line management, field leadership, junior management—whatever you call it, the area of providing leadership and management training to field personnel as they move up the ranks is an area that needs to be further considered.
