Being a Good Neighbor: An Approach to Accountability to the Community at Water Utility Facilities
Abstract
The District CEO issued a directive to develop Good Neighbor Policies for each of the District's facilities. They would provide a blueprint to guide the District in both daily conduct of our business and long-range planning, making every effort to cooperate with neighbors of the facilities, including the treatment plants, pump stations, dams and reservoirs.
