Qualserve Enhancement Provides Updated Tools to Improve Utility Operations
Abstract
The QualServe Program currently provides self-assessment, peer review, and performance indictors (metric benchmarking) as tools for utilities to improve their performance. As part of a research effort for AwwaRF and AWWA, a team led by EMA and a group of utility participants, are working together to enhance the existing QualServe tools. The results of this project include a new readiness orientation tool and a significantly updated self-assessment survey instrument with related changes to the QualServe program framework.
