Analysis of the Implementation of City-Wide Retrofit Sustainable Urban Drainage Solutions to Address Combined Sewer Overflow. Case Studies: New York City, Philadelphia, and Cleveland
Abstract
Case studies for three different Long-Term Control Plans in New York City, Philadelphia, and Cleveland will be presented in order to understand the costs and benefits of utilizing green and grey infrastructure to address combined sewer overflows. Common technologies utilized, challenges encountered, and lessons learned are identified for each city along with a final conclusion of how green and grey technologies are prioritized differently for each city.
