About Nogle, Rosaleen

 
Ms. Nogle joined the Buffalo Sewer Authority in 2014 and has served in a variety of engineering and management roles ever since. She has almost twenty years of experience in the water sector as a municipal engineer and regulator in Western New York. Ms. Nogle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Public Affairs degree. Ms. Nogle is licensed in seven states including New York State as a professional engineer. She is also certified as a Grade 4 Collection System Operator, a Board-Certified Water Resources Engineer, and a Board-Certified Environmental Engineer. She also serves as a committee member and volunteer for WEF, NYWEA, and NCEES. Ms. Nogle also serves on the NYS licensing board for engineers, land surveyors, and geologists. In her spare time, Rosey is the Priest-in-Charge for St. Marks All Saints Episcopal Church in Buffalos Riverside neighborhood.
