Mike Starkey, PE was the deputy project manager and lead design engineer on this BioCEPT project.  His 25-year engineering background includes a wide variety of municipal water and wastewater projects.  He has been involved in planning, preliminary engineering, preparation of construction documents, and engineering services during construction for drinking water distribution systems, water treatment plants, sewer systems, pump stations, and wastewater treatment plants. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the West Virginia Institute of Technology.  Mike is a registered engineer in Ohio.
