Steve Leo emigrated to the United States from Australia in 1999 where he then commenced work with the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources in Georgia. During his 20 years with Gwinnett he served in various capacities, which included managing the County’s MS4 permit program and serving as the Director of the County’s Stormwater Management Division among other roles. In the fall of 2019, Steve started work with Ardurra, a full-service engineering and management firm that provides water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, emergency management, and related services to utility, municipal, federal, state and commercial clients throughout the United States.
