Michael Scaduto is a Principal Engineer with the City of Los Angeles, LA Sanitation and Environment (LASAN) with over 23 years of stormwater experience. Michael is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona and is a registered professional civil engineer, active member in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and certified and a envision sustainability practitioner. Within LASAN he is responsible for managing the City's Safe Clean Water Program, Stormwater Capital Improvement Projects and emergency flood control projects. Prior to his career in engineering he taught at Don Bosco Technical Institute where he taught courses in mathematics, surveying and International Building Code.
